How To Deposit on BitPaye?

The following are the detailed steps of how to purchase a balance deposit on BitPaye. BitPaye platform also supports all crypto wallets to complete the purchase, including FaucetPay, Binance, CoinBase, etc. 

Please note that the handling fee depends on the crypto wallet you use to complete payment but not BitPaye, which differs from different crypto wallets. If you have wallets on multiple platforms, you can choose a multi-platform comparison to find the wallet platform with the lowest handling fee to complete the payment. This fee is not regulated by our platform. For more detailed precautions, please refer to the relevant regulations of the wallet website you use, thank you for your understanding!

1. Find Purchase Balance

So how can users purchase BitPaye deposits in the dashboard? Firstly, the user can log in to the BitPaye account and find the "purchase balance" section.

2. Click Deposit

Then we can find the "deposit" button at the bottom of this section.

3. Check Mini Deposit

The minimum deposit amount supported by BitPaye platform is 1000 satoshis BTC. Then you can check which account wallet balance meets the minimum deposit of BitPaye, and then choose.

4. Select payment currency

After selecting the deposit amount, we will jump to the following page. The deposit amount we selected has been converted into the price of the corresponding currency, and then we can choose the cryptocurrency we want to pay.

Important note: There are different coins chosen according to different deposit amounts! If you choose the mini deposit: 1000 satoshi BTC, you can choose DASH, BCH, DOGE and LTC to finish the payment.

Make sure the minimum withdrawal/trade requirement of the crypto wallet you use is lower than the amount you want to deposit. For example, if you deposit 1000 satoshi BTC, you should pay about 3.25732899 DOGE now. The Doge minimum withdrawal requirement of FaucetPay is 30 DOGE, so you cannot use FaucetPay to deposit 1000 Satoshi BTC.

And If you choose 100000 satoshi BTC, you can choose DASH, ETH, BTC, BCH, DOGE and LTC to finish the payment.

5. Complete the payment within the specified time

We can get the corresponding collection code after clicking the currency, and then we need to complete the payment within 2 hours.Then the deal is done!

We should pay attention that we can choose a multi platform comparison to find the wallet platform with the lowest handling fee to complete the payment!

Important Note:The amount of cryptocurrency you pay includes the amount you entered in bitpay and the handling fee amount of the corresponding payment platform, so please ensure that your account has sufficient amount.

How to Use Binance to Finish the Payment?

Currently, you can only make payments to merchants in Binance Pay via QR code. 

And we can choose the QR code which you want to use from the BitPaye platform.

1. Open your Binance App and tap the QR code scanner on the homepage. Scan the merchant's QR code.

2. You can see the payment details after scanning the QR code. You can tap the information icon next to the merchant’s name to see their list of not supported payment cryptocurrencies. Tap [Continue] after confirming the payment details.

3. The App will proceed to display the cryptocurrencies to be utilized for your payment according to your payment priority settings. Check the payment details and tap [Confirm].

Please note that in case the balance of your prioritized crypto is insufficient to cover the payment amount, multiple cryptocurrencies will be used in your preferred payment order to fulfill your payment.

4.1. Change your payment cryptocurrency/payment cryptocurrency order (optional)

If you wish to change your payment cryptocurrency order, tap [>] next to [Currency] to view your available cryptocurrency balance for payment.

Simply drag the available crypto to arrange them in your preferred order. This setting will only apply to your current transaction and will not affect the initial payment priority order configured upon your wallet set up.

5. Enter your Pay PIN for payment verification. Please note that your Pay PIN will be locked upon 5 incorrect attempts.

In case your Pay PIN is locked, you can try again after five hours.

6. After verifying your PIN, you will see the Payment Details. Your payment is now completed.

How to Use Coinbase to Finish the Payment?

If you want to use your Coinbase wallet to complete the balance purchase of BitPaye, you can choose to use the coinbase wallet to send cryptocurrency.

At present, CoinBase wallet can send BTC, BCH, ETH, etc, LTC and all erc-20 tokens to exchange wallets, other coinbase wallet users or hardware wallets.

Then let's see how to complete wallet payment. To do this, all you have to do is:

1. Open the coinbase wallet application, login and verify yourself.

2. Go to the token tab and select the type of token to send.

3. Press the "send" button.

4. You must enter the number of tokens to send.

5. Enter the receiving address of the wallet you want to send the token to, or scan the QR code. Then just click "continue" to complete the setting.
